WordPress is currently in a dispute with WP Engine. Our business uses both of these resources. We are monitoring the situation closely and developing “what if” plans in the (not likely) instance that this squabble escalates.
WordPress is the Client Management System (CMS) we use for most websites. We use this resource because it’s powerful from a development standpoint yet easy to manage from a client perspective.
WP Engine is a Premium Host Solution. Hosting holds and activates the website (and CMS) on the good old internet.
When these systems work together, it’s a beautiful thing. When they don’t get along, it can cause some issues.
The technical issues arising from this dispute have not affected our current processes or websites in general. Our methods and systems remain stable.
